its hard to ride a motorcycle (for beginers) because you have to constintly change gears and use the brakes at the right time and make sure that your motorcycle is safe to use and ride on but if you already have a motorcycle or gas dirt bike then im sure you have plenty of experience,,,, also now you will be using your hands for the "gas" and brake and clutch .,,also there will be a foot brake too. and now you shift with your foot not your hand, !!!!!! VERY different than what your used to bIG TIME. it's a big change depending on how old you are, the younger the better, ( less years driving a auto). I talked my dad (48 yrs old) into to riding my 450 cc hondaa few years ago and it was funny.., after i explained where everything was , he took off full throttle straight ahead, across the street wide open in first gear and ran straight into some bushes!!! afterwards he said "I forgot what to do , where the brake was and how to shift, he was pushing on the shift lever, (left foot), thinking it was the brake. it was already in first gear so nothing happened. Now there is the traffic and you gotta ride like your are invisible cause you don't 'register'' in some peoples brain that your are a motor vehicle. all they see are cars and trucks. Dont assume any driver sees you. Then there are the animals , I have already hit a deer going 70 mph, destroyed the gold wing and broke my leg, lots of road rash,,i was lucky. not worse. almost crashed trying to miss a coyote, dog, cat. rule is if it isn't too big just go straight and hope it gets out of the way, don't crash trying to miss it.
I'm assuming you mean: will a person who can't ride a bicycle be able to ride a motorcycle? ... And I don't think so. The basic balancing is very similar, and if you can't do that it'd be hard to ride a motorcycle.
