its pretty self explanitory they dont want you killing anybody and if your using it for self defence they dont want you to use a gun vs a fist
The answer is FAR too long for WikiAnswers- it depends on the state. The full answer would be about 50 pages.
can you carry a firearm in ct hostpital
Situation dependent. In most states, it's illegal to possess a firearm on K-12 property. In some states (such as North Carolina), only law enforcement officers are allowed to possess a firearm on any educational property (including university hospitals and other off-campus facilities). In others, concealed carry might be permitted on college campuses.
A felon is no longer allowed to legally carry a firearm.
haha, yes. Actually, the answer is, it depends on what state you are in. Most states do not classify BB guns as firearms, (in fact, I'm not sure if any state classifies them as firearms). Therefore, unless there is a specific state law saying a BB gun is illegal on school property, then it is not illegal. A BB gun is not a firearm BUT it is a weapon. It would vary from school to school if they let you had one, but no school would let any student have a weapon, especially one that fires a projectile.
No one answer, as there is no one teacher, no one school. My opinion is that school staff, properly trained, should be permitted to carry a firearm for the purpose of protecting the children from violence.
Hi
People who have a license to carry a firearm are allowed to bring one into the park. However, firing or discharging anything from the gun is illegal.
Retention of the firearm, and access to it.
No. It is illegal for a felon to own or possess a firearm, and being a felon is a reason for denying a firearm permit (assuming you mean a carry permit) in every state that issues permits. A felon can sometimes have his rights restored, but for information on that, you really should contact an attorney familiar with the process.
The laws vary quite a bit from state to state, but in general, it is not illegal- but it IS restricted. When I hunt with my grandson, who is 14, he is a minor carrying a firearm- but it is legal since he has his parent's permission to hunt with me. In some states, a minor performing work as a rancher may carry a handgun- on his parents property, or with their written permission. The common factor seems to be with parent's permission. However, as I said- laws vary state to state- and country to country. You would need to check YOUR laws.
