Muslim believe in monotheism (one and only one God. Catholics believe in monotheism as well, but believe that there are three Persons in that One God. (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).Muslims believe in Muhammad as God prophet and messenger. Catholics don't believe in Muhammad prophecy.Muslims believe that Jesus is one of God greatest prophets but is not God or son of God. Catholics believe that Jesus is God, the Son of God.Muslims believe in the Bible, Christians holy book, as God holy book. Catholics don't believe in Quran, Muslims holy book, as God holy book.
Only one god.
Catholics believe in a Trinitarian God, One God but Three Persons. The Muslims believe in One God and One Person. To them, Jesus is not God and the Holy Spirit does not exist.
Catholics believe in one God
Neither. Protestants believe that the way one believes in God should be simple, but Catholics believe that everything should be fancy and worthy of God.
The Trinity (Father, Son, Holy Spirit). Catholics only believe in One God.
Actually there are more similarities among catholics and Muslims that one could think of. I would like to point out some: 1. Allah (God) Most people think Allah is a completely different God from the one that catholics believe in. But it is the same God, just the name "Allah" is the Arabic word for "God" in English as it is "Dios" in spanish. 2. Jesus and the Virgin Mary Muslims do believe in Jesus and in the Virgin Mary, the only difference is that for Muslims Jesus is not Gods son (God cannot be related with any human), he is a prophet. 3. Makkah and The Holy See These are places where most of the members of these two religions attend with spiritual means. I could mention many more, but to finish there is one, probably the most important one: We Muslims believe in One God as the catholics do.
christians believe there is one creator of all things, God, and that there is a devil named satan. catholics believe the trinity, which is false, the trinity is that God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are all one divine being, which is not true.
.Roman Catholic AnswerCatholics believe that the Catholic Church was the only Church established by God through His Son, Our Blessed Lord, who guaranteed it until the end of the world, and promised that there would be only One Shepherd and One Fold. Catholics believe that the Catholic Church is the only true faith because they believe God and take Him at His word.
you say thaat catholics attempt to follow in the footsteps of Christ and do the will of God. recite the thing we say in chrurch: i believe in one God, the Father,All Mighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth...sorry idk its name. profession of faith maybe?
Because they were raised that way..Catholic AnswerCatholics believe what they do because of the incredibly generous and loving grace of God. They believe what they do because God came to earth and became incarnate of the Blessed Virgin Mary in order to live among us, teach us, and redeem us. Catholics believe what they do because they are overwhelmed at the thought that the God of the universe could care so much about each one of us individually as to even want to come here, suffer and die. Catholics believe what they do because they have been promised an eternity in paradise with this incredibly loving God, and anything else would be hell. Catholics believe what they do because Our Blessed Lord asked them to take up their cross daily and follow Him.
No, most Christians (Protestants are Christians also) believe in one God in Three Persons. God the Father, God the Son, (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit. Each Person is God, which makes up the one true God, but each one has a different "job" or ministry to perform.
