actually the answer above me is incorrect. Arizona is not hot all year. Sometimes it gets to 53 degrees or lower. Up here in phx it is only hot up to about October. then it gets freezing. Around CChristmas its so cold frost is on the roof. So to answer your question, Arizona is not hot all year long :)
Actually... it's all in your perspective. From somebody who lives in Minnesota Arizona IS hot all year round and 53 is nice and warm. In Minnesota we call 0 degrees Fahrenheit cold but not really any temperature before that. But we think 100 is really hot.

Hot Springs National Park was developed from the Hot Springs Reservation in 1921. But, I am afraid, it is NOT in Arizona. It is in Arkansas. However, I do think this is the answer for which you seek, so I am providing it. If not, let me know, and I will try and do better. There is a Desert Hot Springs that my mother used to like here in California, so perhaps there is another Hot Springs in Arizona whose existence I have yet to encounter. Good Luck!

Not all of Arizona is hot. The sheer amount of ignorance I've seen on this topic is astounding. I live in the northern part of Arizona. It's not hot. Just had loads of snow a couple weeks ago and can get as cold as 22 degrees. Doesn't get much hotter than 98 in the summer either. Now if you're talking about the central and southern parts of Arizona, there it goes above 100 in the summer. I have lived all around Arizona. How to deal with heat anywhere in the world: Just use the air conditioning or live your life at night. So tldr: All of Arizona isn't hot, people just think it is. If you live somewhere that's hot, use the air conditioner or live your life at night.
