Why is it when you get angry and try to pent it makes you dizzy and lightheaded but also the feeling your head is full of led followed by a nose bleed?

When people are stressed or angry, they dont breathe like when they are relaxed. When you are stressed, you breathe shorter and faster, and your heart rate increases so you are not circulating oxygen carrying blood normally, which can cause lightheadedness & even pressure in your upper body. All the little blood vessels and capillaries are under pressure and you can "pop" one, causing a nose bleed. May I suggest that when you get angry you try to focus on calm, deep, steady breaths, and mentally try to escape by using imagery. Focus on a calm happy scene like the beach or park. Slow stretches may also help if you are very stressed. You could do exercise such as walking, running, punching a pillow, anything to release the stress that isn't harmful to others. It is not healthy to keep in stress or anger. You need to learn to manage it in a healthy way. If there is something going on in your life that you may need help with, you can talk with a teacher, clergy, friend or doctor and they can help you. You are not alone but dont suffer in silence.

A lot of teenagers get anger spells during adolescence which is normal and a sign that your hormones are working. They get worked up over minor things really which causes them some rage.
