If you constantly go with little sleep, your body learns to deal with it. But when you sleep longer, your body thinks it's time to catch up, and wants to sleep more. Ideally, sleep 8-10 hours ever night, and that won't happen.
For one thing more sleep, but if that is not possible EAT BREAKFAST.
Changing sleep patterns and sleep cycles can make a person feel extremely tired. Like for instance, if you change from sleeping all day, and then you change more into a overnight to morning sleep pattern, it will make you feel more tired. It has something to do with the biological/ ciradarian cycle or clock within your body.
If you feel tired during the day as a teenager, you probably need to sleep more! If you are sleeping more and still feel tired, you might want to adjust how you eat. After that, if you are STILL feeling tired, you might want to go to the doctor to see if they have additional recommendations, or potentially get tested for Mononucleosis. Mononucleosis
You could possibly still be tired. Maybe you didn't sleep a lot the last night or didn't sleep deeply enough. It could be medications or vitamin deficiencies. Also, some people need to sleep more hours than others.
I feel the same way. As an adult, all you need is 8 hrs of sleep. My physician actually told me to absolutely NOT sleep more than 8 hours. If you do sleep more than the 8 hrs, it does make you more tired and more sleep is not what you need. I'm an insomniac and this website seems to answer your question better, it's ... http://www.insomnia-connection.com/too-m... Hope this helps, good luck!
If you wake up still tired you may have a sleeping disorder. It is a common disorder and you shouldn't feel worried about it. If you don't feel tired when you wake up you were just really tired. If you have any more questions ask me on my bio page.
No people can not go without sleeping and still surviving for more then a couple months. Even after 2 days no sleep you would feel "dead tired". When you sleep you get enerygy and its is important for your growth.
No, sleeping can not make anyone look better or worse, although after someone gets a good night's sleep, they may feel more beautiful because they are not tired.
Your body needs sleep to recharge. Your brain is much more alert when you've had enough sleep, for example. Your body doesn't feel tired if you rest it every night, and your organs work better when they're rested.
Your brain maybe under alot of stress and being tired means slow down. You need your sleep let alone your brain. You feel tired because you arent getting enough sleep or your not on a healthy diet. Try to get some rest and relax it may help more than you think. :) You may also have an under-active Thyroid. Might be a good idea to have it checked by a Doctor.
Well my advice would be if shes sleeping let her sleep. She has probably had a rough day or something and shes tired. So let her sleep. Maybe if she sleeps more action tommrow from her!
Being less tired and being more energetic are just two of the benefits of getting more sleep. The more sleep you get the more "in-tune" you are to life. When you are tired all the time you miss a lot of stuff, become slow and cant keep up with the pace of your peers.
