Meat is an important source of protein which contains all of the amino acids which builds and repairs human cells. Meat also has vitamins and iron. Iron is necessary for formation of red blood cells which carries oxygen throughout the body by way of hemoglobin. No other food source can build and repair cells.

It really depends on how much u have been eating meat. For some people, when they stop eating meat, they break out because their body isn't use to it. But when u gradually stop eating meat then your body will become stronger and wealthier. But the one thing people don't get about becoming a vegan is that meat is good for your body and the one thing that hurts your body is junk food, heavy dairy, and fried food. If you just quit those then your body will be even more stronger and happier:).
