Why is my 2005 grand caravan 3.3 gauges flashing with no crank no start?

I have tried to start my Dodge Caravan 2005,but I only get a click sound like from the relay or underneath the vehicle.Also while attempting to crank the dash speedometer,gas needle and all gauges flashes and the needles goes crazy,but still want no crank no start.In furtherance,the car will sometime start after all the lights finish blinking goe out and come back on and may start,even though I put a new switch in,but still acting the same.I also receives codes PO 0032,562,and 700 even when I delete them they comes back while I still try to crank,but no start no crank situation.situation. In closing,relays were switched out and the IOD fuse is good.
