The clutch pedal pivots on a rod (under dash connected to pedal). There are plastic bushings that it moves against, they may be worn or need to be greased (wheel bearing grease works). Make sure you assemble parts (after coating grease) the EXACT opposite way you disassembled them.
ur wheel will either be making a squeeking noise. or there will noticeably be a performance downgrade in the wheel or tyre.
Clutch throw out bearing bad.
Have noticed the same thing on two 2005 MCS. Does not appear to be a problem; they just make that noise.
hi i want to know why when i press the clutch i hear noise
im not sure but in my 2000 Plymouth neon my alternator has been making squeeking noises in the morning when its cold and just recently its been making a clicking noise as the engine is ruvving down or sometime ruvving up, not sure if that has to do with the alternator
Some symptoms of a faulty clutch: - when you depress the clutch and press the gas (when changing gears) an used clutch will "slip" (maybe even make noise) and the car will accelerate slower than normal - when the gearbox is in neutral, some vibrations could be felt or some abnormal sounds could be heard
The a/c clutch needs to be replaced or repaired.
bearing is shot
the clutch on your A/C compressor needs to be replaced.
The clutch throw-out bearing may be failing.
* If it is stiff and making a crunching noise when going into gear it means the syncromesh (which is the cogs between gear cogs are worn), If it is making a whining noise in first gear it's a flywheel in the clutch, if it makes a whistling noise while travelling the clutch needs replacing, failing all that the gearbox needs grease or your elbow does.
your clutch is warped from excess heat ////sounds like broken damper springs in the clutch disc have you been dropping the clutch by any chance?
