Curiosity killed the cat.......Cats roam; they chase bugs, smell new smells, ect. And sometimes they forget to come home. Kids will do this too, if you let them. However; kids can be taught to listen to their parents commands. A cat, on the other hand, will listen when they want to and return when they want to! You shouldn't let your cat outside anyway, it will just get hurt.

∙ 12y agoSadly at some stage most cats will leave home it was probably because your dear cat was ready to move on but don't worry I'm sure your cat will soon return. but cats can be traiors though. if someone else feeds them, then your cat will just leave to that person and wanna be with them. or there could be something else, maybe he found a female and followed her somewhere else. Your cat could just be exploring too or might want a little vacation. Your cat should return to you though.
