i would like to know that too.. mine is like that as well.
please help.
You will have brown poo as usual but might be red (blood) because of period.
This is old blood,or the very begining of your period. If it continues you should call the doctor just to be safe
miscarriages in the first couple of stages may appear to be a heavy period and may last a little longer than a usual period. you may see a few bloodcots also
I have read that running or brisk walking is very good exercise when you are on your period. Youc an even continue with your usual gym work-out but perhaps not do such heavy wieghts. Generally exercising on your period will help to relive bloating and cramps.
Yes, this is normal.Brown flow is 'old blood', blood that has taken time to leave your body so gone brown - just like blood would turn brown from a cut on your body - it just means your flow is light. Your cycle length will change all the time, this is normal too. You should not be using tampons when your flow is light like this, as well as risking discomfort this puts you at higher risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

Implantation bleeding is normally just light spotting but many women vary. It could be implantation bleeding but sounds more like a light period to me expecially if your last period was heavy. Take a home pregnancy test 2 days after your period would have been due if indeed you are pregnant you should get an accurate result by then. hope this helps
