yes- he was in favor of spending some money to explore space.
If there is a limited amount of money, a budget is necessary. This means that a budget is almost always necessary. The reason is that a budget keeps spending in control. By knowing how much money can be spent on one thing, such as clothing, one can know that there will be money left over to buy another thing, such as groceries.

Because if they keep making them it will just cost more money. They are actually very old technology. The money they are spending on the shuttles could be spent on a better way to get anyone into space.
Deficit spending is the opposite of budget surplus. It means spending more money than you have - going into debt.
IN my opinion no! it cost 14 MILLION! per person for two weeks i love astronomy and id love to try space travel one day so if you have the money go for it!This is all opinion:Two sides:1st Spending money to send anyone into space is foolish as that money could be spent on Earth to improve the environment and living conditions of millions of starving poor.2nd Space tourism is a necessary step in the progress of space flight and eventual colonization of the solar system.Only through commercial ventures and the innovation this brings will this colonization be possibleThe colonization of space is needed to protect the Human race from extinction.
the bill of spproval for spending public money :)
In 2008, the global spending on space activities was estimated to be around $70 billion. This includes expenditures on satellite launches, space exploration missions, research and development, and infrastructure maintenance.
deficit spending
I already have. The space program wasn't getting anywhere as long as it depended on me for its funding. I was truly gratified, thrilled, and delighted when the US created the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) at the federal level to take over the job of not only paying for it, but also planning and operating the space program. They have the time, money, and all the other necessary resources to do it right, and it's a really important program that must be continued and adequately supported.
