My blower would blow cold air at idle & engine would start to overheat, I replaced my thermostat & problem solved.

Assuming RAD stands for radiator . . . Chances are your thermostat is stuck closed. Replace it.

I'm not sure if the question is that the blower motor is working and "no air is blowing thru the vents'! If the blower is working and no air is blowing thru the vents then you could have a broken Recirculation Door. That is another common heating problem with the 99/04 Jeep GC. The recirc door brakes and falls down blocking the blower which will reduce or block the air flow completely. Normally the dashboard would have to be removed to replace the broken recirculation door. Could be either or, but also a switch, not to exclude wiring or connections.

You don't say the reason for the blower motor replacement. Did it not blow ? If that be the case, and you do have a new blower, check for 12 volts to blower. If the AC was working well yesterday and blowing cold, however, today their is no air being released, the AC could have been too high for two long. The AC tends to freeze up and has to be turned off for a while until thawed. If the blower motor and resistor needed replacement they may have officially blown and need replacement in order to work at all.
