My blower would blow cold air at idle & engine would start to overheat, I replaced my thermostat & problem solved.
Assuming RAD stands for radiator . . . Chances are your thermostat is stuck closed. Replace it.
When the car is off. sounds like a short in the blower or short in the wires
if its not blowing at all, your blower motor is bad. if its blowing but not cold, you probably just need a shot of coolant. tour blower motor is norm located under the dash on the passenger side, below the glove box.
your blower may be bad. your ac clutch may be bad
the heater matrix is blocked
Check blower motor fuse Blower motor resistor pack? Fan switch? Selector switch? ---- Is the Blower Motor Working? I'm not sure if the question is that the blower motor is working and "no air is blowing thru the vents'! If the blower is working and no air is blowing thru the vents then you could have a broken Recirculation Door. That is another common heating problem with the 99/04 Jeep GC. The recirc door brakes and falls down blocking the blower which will reduce or block the air flow completely. Normally the dashboard would have to be removed to replace the broken recirculation door. See the Link below for a NO Dash Removalrecirculation door fix. ----
Could be either or, but also a switch, not to exclude wiring or connections.
there are a few things to check for. your filters and coils to see if they are dirty. check your pressures to see if you are low on refrigerant. and also your blower motor.
Obviously you have a cold if you are constantly blowing or you have something spicy or you are crying
You don't say the reason for the blower motor replacement. Did it not blow ? If that be the case, and you do have a new blower, check for 12 volts to blower. Could also Abe a malfunctioning blower module. Now if its blowing COLD air, well , replacing the blower moter wont make it blow warm. There could be numerous causes of that problem
If the AC was working well yesterday and blowing cold, however, today their is no air being released, the AC could have been too high for two long. The AC tends to freeze up and has to be turned off for a while until thawed. If the blower motor and resistor needed replacement they may have officially blown and need replacement in order to work at all.
if its blowing, but not blowing cold its low on coolant. it takes r134a.
