Why is the Indian government scared of Pakistani government?

No the Indian Government is not scared of the Pakistan government.Reasons are simple.

1] The pakistan government is unlike the Indian Government is always under the threat of a military takeover by the pakistani army.

2] The Indian government gesture of friendship even when terrorist from pakistan attack people in India should not be taken as an act of cowardice.

a} remember the true coward is the one who reacts in anger.

b} India has never wanted war with any nation in the world.

c} India always has followed the policy of Live and Let Live.

However if there is any inaction on part of the Indian government regarding various issues it may be because the pakistani army has never desired peace between India and pakistan and it is because of their actions that Indo pak relations have suffered.

There are even some pakistanis who don't want any enemity with India specially the educated youth of pakistan.

Still if the Indian Government or for that matter Indian citizens are terrified of anyone it is The United States of America.
