Yes, more so mentally but if you play aggressive games you are more likely to become aggressive and you will lack social skills if you play it to much. You should only play for no more than an hour a day but not everyone follows this suggestion it can cause poor eye sight and that can later give you head aches. if you have to question that fact if you play it to much you probably do. go out side go for a walk or a bike ride its much better for you.
