The cable is busted, same problem with ours feels like its working ok when you turn it but it doesn't switch flow. Pull off the knob and go under the dash by the pedals and look up above where your right foot would be and there is one gray and one black box with two black cables going to each of them, the gray one has a spot where you can plug in the knob.... it may be hard to move at first but work it back and forth and your air will move.
