You are having a problem with the charging system. It could be a failing alternator. Have your local auto parts store test the charging system to determine what the problem is for free. Don't ignore it, you may get stuck.
Bad battery which can no longer hold a charge, bad alternator belt which doesn't adequately grip the alternator pulley, bad alternator/alternator on its way out, bad electrical connection in the cranking or charging system... all possible causes.
