∙ 12y agoThere are a number of different uses besides a game console for the PS3. You can store and edit your Photos and Videos on the PS3. You can Play DVD and Blue Ray disc Movies. You can browse the internet or download movies from Netflix. Of course you can download Full Games or Demos, movies or rentals, and game add ons from the PlayStation Store and keep your downloads on the harddrive. You can also store your music on the harddrive and download new music. There is also Playstation Home.

It is now only half the original price with a 320 GB harddrive instead of the 20 or 60 GB one and offers an endless supply of game choices including free Playstation Plus games and those free games of Playstation Home besides being available with the free MW3 or Uncharted 3. The PS3 Move controllers are more precise than the Xbox 360 system and it also works well with the PSP or PS vita for when you are not at home
