Could be a bad coil, plug wire, plug, etc. One thing to check. If it runs on one cyl. At low rpm, but both at high rpm, the right throttle cable can be out of the throttle body sleeve. One quick fix with engine off, is to wick the throttle full open hard, and let the throttle snap shut a few times. OR look at both throttle cables at the thr. Body to see if the right cable is hung up on the sleeve. Both sides have to be identical .
The firing order is 1-4-3-2. From looking at the motor, cylinder 1 is right rear, cylinder 2 is right front, cylinder 3 is left rear, and cylinder 4 is left front.

Not sure what you mean. Firing order is 165432, #1 cylinder is on the right side(RWD) or the front (FWD)
Most 4-cylinder engines are 1-2-4-3, starting with the right-most cylinder.
