Sorry, Comrade, the KGB did not exist under that banner in the time frame of Orwell"s Animal Farm, or it was just being organized. I believe Animal Farm was written in l949. It might have been the Pig. ( a sorry common slang term used by the Black Panther gang as a synonym for Police officer)- possibly, I just thought of this Police Intelligence Guard service- PIGS, horrible acronym! Many cops are Irish, and there was a derisive folk song about the ( Pig in the Parlor) popular in the twenties.
