The tip of a cat's tail has many nerve endings that cause it to be sensitive. There are tiny bones that are surrounded by muscle and nerve endings in a cat's tail. Some cats have more sensitive tails than others.

What is your cat saying if it wags its tail?

Cats don't really "wag their tails". If your cat is lashing its tail from side to side, it's probably upset about something. A cat may twitch the tip of its tail, which is somewhat different; it doesn't seem to really mean anything other than "I can twitch the tip of my tail, so I think I'll do that." That's not entirely true; cats usually twitch the tip of their tails when they are hunting.

What are the tail - to - tip method?

The tail-to-tip method is used when adding vectors on a graph. With the tip-to-tail method you must place the tail of B so that it touches the tip of A.

What size can a cat grow to?

There are many different breeds of cats, so weight varies. The heaviest cats weigh about thirty pounds. I have had maine coon cats that weighed around 15 pounds at their prime. Other cats are under 7 pounds at maturity. Cats can also be longer or shorter. My Turkish Angora is 36" from nose to tip of his tail.

If you step on a cats tail does it scream?

probably will screechADD:ALL animals are bound to cry out if they are stepped on! Just think; would you cry out if your arm or leg was stepped on by a very heavy person? A cat's tail is very sensitive as they use it to communicate and to balance, so stepping on it would be incredibly painful.

Are ring cats prey or preditor?

Do you mean "ring tail cats?" If so, ring tail cats are not cats, but related to the raccoon. They are nocturnal animals with huge black eyes. They eat anything they can. My neighbor says they have a liking to pears and grapes.

What are cats thinking when they wag their tail?

Cats move their tail for different reasons. If a cat twitches the tip of its tail, it is relaxed and calm. If a cat waves the tail, they are agitated or mad at you or just bothered and wants to be left alone.

Why do pugs get mad at you when you play with there tail?

Pugs get mad at you because their tails are very sensitive. They have this corkscrew kind of tail so when you uncurl it, it could be uncomfortable for your pug. It's best to stay away from their tail.
