possible crook ign. switch contacts or crook starter motor.
on a 1963 Falcon..first remove the key insert by turning key allthe way to the left,. Then place a paper clip(straightend) into the hole in insert.Press in to release the spring while turning key farther to the left and remove insert..now the ignition swithch can be removed by pressing in from rear of dash and turn switch counter clockwise while holding switch retainer in from front..
ignition module is inside distributor along with hall sensor
could be distributor, coil or ignition module. usually the ignition modules fail first on them.
In the distributor housing
It is bolted to the side of the engine block next to the ignition coil.
Crook Ignition module. Guaranteed. Bolts onto side of distributor.
I have a AU Falcon the Red Hand on my Dash under the Fuel gauge represents the Smart Lock eg. Imobilizes the Ignition system (Anti Theft).
You can't the computer does it, just get electronic diagnostic check
usually buy pulling the old one off and putting new one in its place
The barrel is not timed properly to the switch.

Check the ignition leads. 9/10 times one or more of them has started to break down.
