The interviewer can pause all he or she wants to. After all, they are not being interviewed ... you are. During that pause, they are watching you and your actions, seeing how you react to this ... it's a perfectly normal thing to have happen in interviews. Your first thought might be to talk more about a point you were mentioning ... best advice, don't add more information - if they want to know more, they will ask.
there is no pause button =( they need to fix that
"Take a pause and reflect." "Let's press the pause button." "In the midst of chaos, find moments to pause." "Sometimes you need to hit pause to move forward."
You cant you can only pause it when your watching it after it has been recorded.
Not necessarily. The comma indicates a pause in speech. Use a comma after "but" only to indicate a noticeable pause in speech. If there is no pause, there should be no comma.

Some Similarities of the interviewer and interviewee is that both view each other as strangers. Even if the interviewer has the written data sheet of the interviwee, it is not sure that the data is correct and accurate. Another would be that they are both in need of something. The interviewer, in need of a new employee and the interviewee in need of a job. Some differences would be the position. The interviewer would be someone in authority in the company or organization while the other is someone not part or part but in a lower or different status or disposition. Another would be responsibility or job. The interviewer asks the questions and inquires and the interviewee answers the questions.

In some cases when automatically dialing a number, you may need to tell the autodialer to pause to allow for a secondary dial tone. For example, if you dial '9' to get an outside line on your business phone system, you may need to program a pause after the 9 to allow time for the outside dial tone.
Not necessarily. Commas show a pause in speech, or separate ideas for clarity. Where there is no pause and no need for clarification a comma is usually unnecessary.
pause it
