Why is there a very small oil drop under a 2002 harley Davidson ultra-classic after it is parked for a couple of hours?

I am new to this but I am hoping I can fix this myself. I was hoping it was the primary gasket. I replaced it and it didn't help. the drip forms on the lowest point under the primary when it has been parked for a few hours. thanks for any suggestions.

I purchased an 06 sportster in Oct 2011. I had the bike 2 weeks and couldn't ride it because the motor would backfire and cut out. I took the bike back to the dealership and they had it for a month before calling to tell me that they had fixed the problem. I picked the bike up rode it home and parked it until the weekend. My wife and tried to go for a ride and the problem was worse than before I took it in to be fixed. I took the bike back in they kept it another month.
