If its a clear substance it probably means your kitten's anal glands (essentially scent glands) are impacted. You will need to take your kitten to your vet so the glands can be expressed and unblocked.

∙ 9y agoThere could actually be a couple of reasons why there is white discharge coming from the cats private area. It could possibly tapeworm or mucus from the colon. The cat will need to be taken to the vet.
