You are screwed to say the least, most likely what has happened is your coolant has chewed through to the cylinder heads and check to see if you see thick white smoke coming out of your exhaust pipe. The white smoke would mean that your engine is burning coolant. Unfortunately you will probably need a new car.
Genrally if you have oil in the radiator it could mean that you have a bad head gasket Probably a blown intake or head gasket.
Oil in a radiator is not good. Means you have a leaking head gasket.
Or oil to water cooler.
blown headgasket or cracked block
With A blown head gasket or cracked block there will be water in the oil.
With a transmission oil cooler leak in the radiator there will be coolant in the transmission.
Somehow there's an open path between coolant channels and oil channels. Can be a blown head gasket, a crack in the cylinder head, or in the block.
If the car has an oil cooler as an integrated part of the radiator, there might be a leak there too.
A shop should be able to pressurize the system which can help figuring out where the leak is.

If your vehicle has an engine oil cooler ther will be two hydraulic lines going to each side of your radiator. If there are only lines going to one side of your radiator, then it doesn't have an engine oil cooler.
Do you need to check two possibilites, one, check if the oil is from transmission or from the engine, if the oil is red,is from transmission and you need to replace radiator, if the oil if from the engine you got it a big problem, because the only way that the engine oil is inside the radiator is because the engine has a bad head gasket, that mean you need to repair the engine heads.
You did not say what you are working on, YEAR AND ENGINE SIZE. But in most cases or designs the water pump can not leak oil into the coolant. The water pump has nothing to do with the engine oil. Does the engine have a engine oil cooler on it ? That would be 2 oil lines just above the oil filter that runs down the side of the engine oil pan a go to the radiator. There are tubes inside of the radiator that oil flows through and they are none to leak oil into the engine coolant that's inside of the RADIATOR. If they are leaking then REPLACE RADIATOR. BUT like I said I don't know what you are working on. Would like to help you with your problem, But need more INFO. NEUTZ.

Really need to know the year and engine size. But you can check this, Does your engine have 2 lines just above the oil filter that run up the side of the engine and goes into the radiator on the drivers side ? If so then that is the engine oil cooler lines and the tubes in the radiator were the oil flows through to cool the oil are probley leaking into the radiator coolant. IT happens often. WILL NEED TO REPLACE RADIATOR. And flush out the cooling system real GOOD. Did your engine freeze from lack of antifreeze ? If the radiator fluid is cheery red looking then the transmission cooler that is built into the radiator is leaking. REPLACE RADIATOR. GOOD LUCK.
The automatic transmission oil cooler is built into the radiator. If the oil cooler developes a leak the oil mixes with the engine coolant.

radiators are used as transmission coolers (typically) and only on automatic transmissions. you will have two metal oil cooler lines that go from the trans to one of the side tanks of the radiator. if you indeed have an engine oil cooler (on newer cars and trucks) you will have an add'tl two lines that go from the engine block (usually at a oil filter adapter housing) to the other radiator tank. if you have a standard trans and still have cooler lines going to the radiator its for engine oil. some but not many vehicles use the engine oil cooler as a total separate cooler usually mounted in various locations around the radiator and it will be smaller.
