Why is there no sound from your 1991 Chrysler New Yorker stereo The radio lights up and changes station but no sound Radio and stereo fuses are fine What is the problem?

Remove the radio and check to see that the connectors are plugged in to the back of the radio.if they are connected then it may be a bad radio.
