There is nothing called Arabic religion. Arabs are race of human races that could be Jewish, Christian, or Muslims. so, no relation between Arabs and Islam although the majority of Arabs are Muslims. However, all God prophets since Adam through Noah,..., Abraham, ..., Moses, ..., Jesus, and Muhammad (peace be upon them all) called their people to Islam in its universal sense that means full submission to Allah (or God in English and same God in Judaism and Christianity).
