Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle applies only to particles at an atomic scale, and states that we cannot know both the precise location of an electron AND the precise velocity of the electron. To measure one of these, we would change the other in an unknowable way.
But this only applies to very tiny particles on the scale of protons or electrons. Once you get up to even a molecular size, the particle is massive enough that the uncertainty effects are less significant than the size of the particle itself.

Yes, he has to object to the divorce if he fails to respond then you move forward. If he fails to do anything you get usually everything you ask for because he shows no objection to your claims.
The image of a near object is formed behind the retina in the eye. This occurs when the lens fails to adjust its focal length enough to bring the object into focus on the retina, causing the image to appear blurry.
It fails to qualify under the new definition of a planet, because it is not the dominant object in the neighbourhood of its orbit.
An object that produces a blurry image is called out of focus. This can happen when the camera or eye fails to properly focus on the subject, leading to a lack of clarity and sharpness in the resulting image.
The principle of ministerial responsibility holds that government ministers are accountable to the legislature and, by extension, to the public for their actions and decisions. This concept ensures that ministers take responsibility for the administration of their departments and the outcomes of policies they implement. If a minister fails to uphold their duties or is involved in a scandal, they may be expected to resign. This principle serves as a mechanism for maintaining transparency and accountability within the government.

To connect each object in a circuit to a cell separately, you would use a parallel circuit layout. This setup allows each object to have its own branch connected directly to the cell, ensuring that each object operates independently of the others in the circuit. This way, if one object fails or is removed, the others will continue to function.
One general principle in the deductive argument of the Declaration of Independence is that all people are created equal and have inherent rights that cannot be taken away. The Declaration asserts that government is established to protect these rights, and when it fails to do so, the people have the right to alter or abolish it.
Yes, fails are funny. Especially EPIC FAILS.
Shift is the principle governing the changes that occur in translation. All that appears as new with respect to the original or fails to appear where it might have been expected may be interpreted as Shift.
