Since you said water, not coolant, there can only be 3 possible reasons.
1 your windshield washer tank has a leak
2, your cabin has water in it and is draining through the drain holes
3 your air conditioning is sweating ( normal )
antifreeze (Water) pouring down the front of the engine is from the water pump.
