Could be the Fuel Pressure Regulator
Try your tcc solenoid on the transmission
No try the starter relays first you will find them in the front driver side
I had this problem with my 1994 Bonneville SE. would try checking the transmission fluid level(that was the problem with mine). If the transmission fluid level is where it's supposed to be then it could be that the transmission is going out or you may need to check the torque converter. I think that can also cause the problem.
Hello, Jamison here, Try to turn on the lights and A/C at the same time you will have the same effect,,,,,,,, You have A BAD ground someplace, I would start at the battery, Does it start on its own OK? Try this, Put JUST ONE WIRE of jumper cables on from battery ground to engine block, can also attach to alternator bracket or something else that is connected directly to engine,,, See if it does not stop stalling, If so It is 100% Bad ground,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,If this does not do what I say, contact me,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Good luck, Jamison.
You need to state the model type of the engine. Try asking at ' GrandAmOwnersClub.COM' as some Bonnevilles shared the same engine as the Grand Am in some of those years.
It's stalling out. Try switching to a lower gear.
Try the coil-pack. Check for a good bright spark.
Try finding the power cord that goes into the antenna and disconnect it
Try replacing the idle air control valve (IAC)
Excessive stalling is often a problem with your idle air control valve (IAC). Before buying a new one, try removing and carefully cleaning yours with carbureator cleaner. Do not change the setting by turning the screw in valve, just clean it. It would also be benificial to see if the computer is storing any trouble codes, most auto part stores will do this for free now.
You could try changing the transmission filter and the fluid.
try www.autozone.com and check for vehicle specs.
