Transmission Fluid is low. Check the level of this fluid ONLY with the engine running and at normal operating temperature. To check it otherwise WILL give a false reading. You cannot check the transmission fluid level on a cold and idle engine.
vacuume solenod rear of trans
im assuming that its an automatic,if so then its just because your transmition is messed up,or your rear gears(not the trans gears)are damaged.
use trans tune made by seafoam
Gears is what transmission is for. No gears. No transmission!
drop the transmission pan and change the fluid and trans filter
w/ standard trans. 273 gears & w/ auto trans. 350 gears
rough shifting of gears, slipping of gears, a burning smell from the engine may be symptoms of a bad trans axle
You are doing something wrong.. TAke it to the trans shop.
I own 1 2002 and 1 2001 trans am ws6, both have a 3.42 rear end ratio, that was the standard gear for the ws6 from the factory. The collector edition ws6 had a option for a slightly lower gear.
A "speed" sensor can affect the shifting of the trans.A "speed" sensor can affect the shifting of the trans.
3.42
if you have waited until you have transmission problems to change the fluid, you have waited too late...........
