If you've checked the fuses, then:
- Check the bulbs on that circuit. Note that sometimes the license plate light, trailer hitch lights, and/or a couple of other lights may be on the same circuit. One bulb being burnt out could cause the problem. Start with all turn signal bulbs and then check others.
- Check the flasher relay unit.
- Check wiring harnesses and wires.

Assuming that the Fuses and Flasher underneath the dash (Driver side fuse panel) have been replaced. Check the Fuse Box under the hood adjacent to the Battery along-side the upper fender wall. The MAIN fuse may have blown, disrupting the entire positive feed.
