You wouldn't happen to be using too heavy of an engine oil ? What grade of engine oil are you using ?
If it turns over very slowly, check for bad battery and ground connections. It should turn over quickly if you jump start it. If it doesn't, the battery connections are bad and/ or the battery is bad.
wheel may have gone out of balance, alignment possibly knocked out of whack, or front wheel bearings loose.
I just came across some information on the vagus nerve. Mine is slow to start in the morning. It seems to act like it is flooded. All the fuel pressures are in spec. Do I have a bad spark plug? It really is hard to start in the cold. In the summer it starts slow.
