Say you have a taco. When you first get the taco, it's really hot when you touch it, but when you touch it later it's cool. But just because the outside is cool, does not mean the inside is cool.

Yes, I am pretty sure. My hands are always cold, but that doesnt mean that there is something wrong. It is actually a pretty natural thing for people's hands to be cold. And it also depends on where you live like if you are in a cold area.

all you do is stick something like a small screwdriver in the little hole on the side to push down the lever, then use something like i scraping tool or something else to pry it out from the top, once u pry it out far enough you can either pull it out with your hands or pliers or something else that you think might work. (it can take a lot of work sometimes pulling it out)
