She's obviously not happy but what is it that is upsetting her. Ask her. If she truly doesn't know whats wrong maybe she is depressed. Be kind and patient with her and offer your help to her sincerely. If you can't work it out together go see a counsellor or she could see one alone

This a very important but always over looked question; because yes men are "people" too.

I have no true answer only insight. I have mood swings and talking about them helps. My suggestion is be straight forward ask him whats bothering him and might you be able to help in some way. That might get the man to want to talk a little. Anyways its worth a try. Good luck!

People many times before marriage think they will "fix" or change the things that annoy them once they are married and when that doesn't happen they end up being angry people in the marriage. There are also many people who are angry people because really they are not happy with themselves and they expect others to make them happy. You have to create your own happiness to share with others instead of expecting others to create it for you. This situation is where many people fail in relationships because their expectations are unrealistic and they are misguided with their own emotions.
