Food should not be left uncovered in a warm room, as flies and bacterial could not only spoil the food in time, but could cause food poisoning. It is important for health that food is stored and preserved properly to avoid causing sickness, often resulting in diarrhoea and vomiting.
Hygiene and the correct storage and preserving of food in the kitchen is very important.
