In blossoming stages of a new relationship limmerancy ( short term affeection to your spouse) is in effect...this generally wears off in about 4-6 years and is commonly replaced with a "deeper love"...but sometimes not. and also you've changed...you're just not who you use to be. I would stop looking for advice on the internet, get a gym membership and get yourself out there because, darn it you deserve love and you dont need to be tied down by an unappreciative loser.
