There are many possible side effects for a woman on her period. Some women get just one of them, some get more than one, some women may not get any side effects at all, or very mild ones.
Some of the side effects are:
- Mood Swings (Happy to sad)
- Stomach cramps
- May feel bloated (water retention)
- Headache
- moody
- sleepy
- food cravings
- find it hard to sleep
- find it hard to concentrate
- May start crying for no apparent reason
These are just some side affects, they differ from each woman.
is there any side effect to having sex during the periods ?
other than it being a little messy it does have an advantage that the chances of concieving are very low. you can skip the condom with a trusted partner
