check the gappings of your spark plugs, it must be uniform.

If your 05' E250 has a Triton V8, you don't have spark plug wires. Each cylinder has it's own coil, which must be removed prior to retrieving spark plugs.
There is a connector plug mounted on the fairing mount arm on each side. Remove the front side covers and you will see it zip tied to the mounting arm. Buy 2 cheap electronic buzzers, disconnect the plugs and push bared wires into each terminal, reconnect and test. I used both feeds, + & - , as the mounting arm is plastic. You could also bare the feed wires to the plug and solder the bare wires from the buzzer or use a piggyback clip. Cheers
You should have C.O.P. ( coil on plug) there are no wires.

It may not have plug wires, check the top of the motor for a coil block.MORE: trust me, it has plug wires. They just pull straight off. You'll probably have to follow the wires around to the backside of the engine to find where they plug into the coil pack.
