Why my car AC only cools if I park under shades?

additional information: if the car parks under the sun, the AC works 'occasionally'. It blows warm air most of the time, but it blows cool air sometimes if I change settings of the AC knobs and circulation. The trick does not work all the time. Even if it works, the cold air won't last more than a minute. However, if I park the car under shade, the AC works fine even if it is 85 degree outside (not sure about higher temperature yet).

I measured my refrigerant level checked and it is fine. My car is a 2010 Mazda 6. Thanks

Could be several reasons. Start with having the pressures checked. It may be just low on refrigerant. The year, make and model info would be useful.
