The problem is in your network interface, if you give us more detail we will be actually to help you. With that amount of information we have, there is no way we can help you. You need to specify which interface you are using LAN, Wireless LAN. Also what kind of connection you are using (DSL, cable), brand of your network adapter (Realtek, Linksys and so on).
