Sometimes there are diseases, but some mutations that i have heard of are conjoined twins, i once saw in a book of a person with their cheek just PUFFED out, umm.... some newborns just die, some have mental and other disorders, some come with more or less limbs and\or fingers and toes, hermaphrodites (both male and female), and a few others. But do not be sure that you will have one, they are all very unlikely.
