Assuming you mean using it as a kind of punishment to a child for wrong-doing. It's probably used because of its laxative effects. Basically a child quickly learns that if they do something bad, their parents will give them a medicine that quickly makes them need go to to the toilet !

Red turkey oil (sulfonated castor oil) is the result of castor oil being reacted with sulfuric acid. It is used as a synthetic emulsifier. It does not appear to have been evaluated by the FDA for safety and many people who prefer to have no synthetic ingredients in their products are likely to not want to use products with RTO in them.

An oil made up of 75% sunflower oil and 25% castor oil would be excellent used as a carrier oil. It could be used for homemade cosmetics as castor oil is good for dry skin and sunflower is good for oily skin. I would be inclined to use this combination as a carrier oil for massage. If you are blending this yourself, the formula is right there in the question, add 25% of your total volume of castor oil to 75% of the total volume of sunflower oil. To make 1 cup of blended carrier oil add 1/4 cup of castor oil to 3/4 cup of sunflower oil and blend well.
Try using castor oil and a toothbrush.. apply the oil with the toothbrush before you go to bed...the brush will rough up the skin allowing the castor oil to penetrate.. Ive read this for eyebrows.
