That's what you believe.Anyone can become sad and happy in any religion whether its Hinduism,Islam and Christianity.Its your state of mind what you go through in life and what you experience.Do not blame religion for anything.Blame your ways and deeds.If you are a Hindu I srongly suggest deep meditation.Just sit and relax and repeat om or any mantra it will help you to focus in life and make wise decisins.We hidus we only want from god,always offering sacrifices this that when god only wants pure devotion.Thank him pray for others and leave your worries on to him and everyday take out time for him from this 24hrs and see you will never ask tihs question again.There is a saying in Hinduism by kabir dass ''SUKH MEIN SUMIRAN KARE TOH DUKH KAHE KO HOI''[If you pray to god in happiness with your heart then why will you have sadness in life].
