Pit bulls have more of a fighting nature because they are "terriers," which gives them a higher prey drive and more tendency towards do aggression.

they are both breed for hunting but to answer your question it would be a Doberman, Pitballs were breed originally to bring down big things like bears and to fight against each other so have that natural fighting and killing instinct whereas Dobermans were used for just fighting and if they were used for hunting it was for small things like shoot rabbit and badgers, things that were already dead so they don't have the instinct to kill as strongly as the Pitbulls. Dobermans also if trained properly are VERY loyal dogs who won't let any other dogs get near you if that's what you want them to do where as Pitbulls are one of the worlds most unpredictable breed.I would like to add that I have owned a doberman and they are very good dogs

because pitbulls are used in dog fighting, and have shown alot of aggression from the dog fighting, they have become more aggressive toward ppl besides the ppl they were around. pitbulls have bad reps from ppl giving them a bad name by using them in dog fighting because of there ability of power, and strength than what most dogs have. i have a 5yr old red nose pitbull, and i have never ever in my life fought her, and she has never bit anyone or showed any aggression to anyone, she will get nervous around ppl she dont know but never showed aggression to where she was going to attack someone. pitbulls are just like every other dog, its all on how u raise them. but in my opinion pitbulls are the most loyalist dog in the world, adn should be loved just like all the other dogs.
