Because each data type uses a certain number of "bits" to store their values, and thus are mathematically limited to the amount of data they can hold before losing information. You can think of an analogy of your mailbox and letters you receive. You can only fit so many letters into the mailbox before it physically cannot hold any more letters.

What is the maximum value you can store in an int data type in c sharp?

Unlike C and C++, all built-in data types in C# are not implementation-defined, they are consistent across all implementations. An int always occupies 32-bits, thus the range of valid values is -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647 inclusive.

Class data types in c?

Why c plus plus called as paritial oop?

C++ is only partially OOP because it is a superset of C and, for the sake of backward compatibility, retains the concept of primitive data types (such as integrals like char and int) and pointer data types, which are all strictly non-object-oriented. In Java and C#, there is no concept of a primitive data type. Even integral types such as int are treated as objects and there is no concept of a pointer data type.
