Children should do exercise because it keeps them fit and healthy, I'm a young child myself I'm 13, Every Sunday I go swimming with my friend but I eat a lot of munchies. I try to exercise alot by walking, swimming, riding my bike. At the moment I actually weigh 8st. If children don't start excising and eating at a young age or now, there could be problems in life if they eat alot of junk food.
