i think man and women should both not eat fat because it's not heathy
2000 to 2200 calories a day depending on the activity level of the woman. If a woman is very active she should eat more, if she isn't active she should eat less.

well probably not because non skinny people like to eat more than they should and skinny people would probably last longer because they r used to eating food for their average age or they sometimes eat less than they should
