At times I have hurt myself in my life. Either on a trampoline, playing in a sport, car accident or falling. And I have had to go to a chiropractor to get realigned. What I have been able to learn is, what holds your skeleton in place, it is your muscles and tendon's. Now if you need to go to a chiropractor, after you get adjusted go do a workout to strengthen your muscles in your back. I have brought dumbbell weights with me and did a workout for my back in the parking lot of the chiropractor. If you try to help yourself all you will need to do is have 3-4 sessions at the chiropractor and he will say that you do not need to go back. Why keep going back, take some action and look after yourself. Stop looking for the quick fix and wanting someone else to keep fixing you.
